Abgabe von Zollanmeldungen im Vereinigten Königreich (GB) - Codierung EU als Ursprungsland nicht weiter akzeptiert
Die britische Zollverwaltung weist darauf hin, dass ab dem 1.1.2022 vollständige Zollanmeldungen abzugeben sind, in denen als Codierung für das nichtpräferentielle Ursprungsland die Angabe „EU“ nicht mehr akzeptiert wird. Anzugeben ist bei Herkunft aus der Europäischen Union das konkrete Ursprungsland, demnach der Mitgliedstaat. Hintergrund ist die genaue Erfassung aus statistischen Gründen.
Her Majesty Revenue and Customs (HMRC) weist im Zusammenhang mit den zum 1.1.2022 anstehenden (Ver)Änderungen auf folgendes hin:
Customs declarations
You must use the correct country code for the country of origin and the country of dispatch when you complete your customs declaration. For EU countries, the individual country code of the relevant member state should be used. The EU country code must not be used and will be removed from systems shortly.
HMRC are reminding traders to prepare for customs changes that come into effect on 1 January 2022
